    Are you ready for the Women in Tech Global Conference 2025? Going virtual on RingCentral (Hopin), it opens worldwide access. If you're wondering how to maximize your experience, from exploring the platform to connecting with others, you're not alone. 

    How to Register 

    To register for the Women in Tech Global Conference 2025, please visit: https://events.ringcentral.com/events/women-in-tech-global-conference-2025-886a54e4-d8b1-4332-a120-c6f940c9c6f4 (If you already have purchased a ticket, please follow the instructions in our confirmation email.)

    Click the "Register" button located on the right side of the page. After registration, you'll receive an email prompting you to complete your profile, which will enhance your networking opportunities. 

    How to login 

    Use the email you registered with for the conference and log in. You'll be directed to the reception area of the platform.  

    At the top of the page, you'll find the event time counter.  

    On the right-hand side is the Event Chat, and the Main Menu is on the left.

    The Women in Tech Global Conference features three distinct summits spread over three days:

    • May 20th with the Chief in Tech Summit, where you'll meet global top tech executives and tech leaders

    • May 21st is dedicated to the AI & Key Tech Summit, focusing on the latest trends and innovations

    • May 22nd features the Career Growth Summit, aimed at fostering professional development

    You can find the full event schedule by navigating to the Reception icon on the left. This section provides detailed information on the event, the sessions, including their timings, locations, sponsors and speakers, to help you plan your conference experience effectively. 

    How to add sessions to your Calendar or RingCentral Agenda

    Explore and customize your agenda on RingCentral by saving sessions you're interested in attending. To do this, access the Schedule tab.

    This feature will keep you informed about session details, including the event's happenings, timings, and speaker information, ensuring you have a seamless and engaging experience. Please note that out of 500+ speakers there are always a few last-minute cancellations due to emergency or unexpected circumstances. We appreciate your understanding of this.

    If you wish to add the sessions to your agenda, here's how to do this:

    Stage & Session Area 

    When you select the Stage option, you'll receive a comprehensive overview of the main stage sessions, as outlined in our schedule. 

    In the Session Area, you'll discover a variety of engaging keynotes, presentations and panel discussions. This area allows you to tailor your experience to your interests. 

    All sessions will be visible only 5 minutes before they start, ensuring you have up-to-date access to each event.

    Introduce Yourself & Ask Questions (Event Chat) 

    Utilize the event chat tab, located on the right, to introduce yourself to fellow attendees. Say hi in the chat, let us know where you are joining from and a few things about yourself or the talks/topics you are excited about. This is also the perfect place to post any questions you might have for the speakers. Engaging in the event chat is a great way to make a memorable impression and connect with like-minded individuals.

    Explore the Expo Area 

    The Expo showcases our sponsors' booths, offering a unique opportunity to explore and engage with leading companies and explore the exciting projects they are working on. Take a moment to browse the Expo area and note the companies you're interested in meeting during the greet sessions like EY, CMU, Kyndryl, Sage, Arm, GE HealthCare, Eaton, Relativity, and Synopsys.

    Notable partners, including EY, Eaton, and Kyndryl, among others, will have their booths set up for you to interact with. Feel free to leave a message, say hello, or arrange a meeting. Any meetings you set up will conveniently appear in "My Agenda," right next to the Event Chat, ensuring you don't miss any opportunities to connect. 

    Company Meet & Greet Sessions 

    A meet-and-greet is a 30-minute session designed for networking between job candidates, employees, and industry professionals. It often includes discussions with experts, insights sharing, audience Q&As, and potential hiring opportunities. These gatherings facilitate genuine conversations, making them beneficial during the hiring process and for fostering connections among professionals. 

    Networking  

    • Go to the Networking area under Sessions. 

    • Click “Ready” to be matched with another attendee. 

    • Enjoy a short video chat (with a countdown timer). 

    • Once the timer ends, the system returns you to the Networking area. 

    Pro Tips for Networking 

    • Have a 30-second personal intro ready. 

    • Use the chat to follow up with new contacts. 

    • Be open to spontaneous video chats—they’re often the most fun!

    Who is this event for? 

    Our event is primarily for women in technology. We welcome all professionals from all backgrounds especially those from historically underrepresented groups and women in tech allies who believe in the power of community, connection, and shared knowledge. 
     
    How can I attend the conference? 

    You can attend the Global Conference by purchasing a ticket from our Conference ticket options.  

    Do you offer ticket discounts? 

    We offer group discounts. Our sponsors get preferential pricing for tickets - for company inquiries use this form

    I am a student. Do you offer any scholarships? 

    Yes, we offer scholarships for students and people who face hardship. Details about our scholarship program and the application form can be found here

    If I cannot make it to the event, can somebody else attend instead? 

    If you can't attend, you can transfer your ticket by contacting [email protected]

    Do I need to register in advance for any session? 
    No, you do not need to register in advance for any session unless stated otherwise.  

    How can I re-watch or catch up with the sessions I missed? 

    You can get full 12-month access to the video recordings of the event with a VIP ticket. 

    Is this event hybrid? 
    The main summits of the global conference are virtual. The in-person satellite community events are organized across the globe. You can view all the local in-person events that part of the Global Conference.  
     
    Do I need to install anything to attend? 

    No applications are required to access the event. You can use Chrome, Firefox or Safari on your laptop or mobile device to access the event. 

    Will I get an event certificate for attending? 

    Yes, after the event you will receive an event certificate.
