    Share with us about your background, your journey in tech, and what inspired you to develop your career in this direction?

    My journey to the C-suite began with my move to the United States, a pivotal step that shaped my career and leadership path. As Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Medtronic, I lead the company’s digital transformation, ensuring it remains at the forefront of innovation in the healthcare technology industry. With over 25 years of experience in CIO and CTO roles at Fortune 50 companies such as McKesson, Southern California Edison, Toyota, and Tata Steel, I have honed my expertise in digital transformation, AI/ML, data analytics, enterprise architecture, and strategic planning. Recognized as one of the 100 Executive Women in Technology, I am committed to leveraging technology for business success. My story is one of resilience, leadership, and transformation—both personal and professional.
