Connect & Cultivate: Highlights from the Women in Tech Job Fair & Career Summit 2025 in Atlanta

The Women in Tech Job Fair & Career Summit made its mark in Atlanta this year with Connect & Cultivate, an in-person event hosted by New Relic that brought together women professionals, innovators, and aspiring leaders in the world of tech sales.

Held as part of the WomenTech Job Fair & Career Summit 2025, the evening served as a celebration of empowerment, professional growth, and connection — blending insightful discussions, hands-on learning, and opportunities to meet recruiters and explore open roles at New Relic.

Inspiring Voices: Leadership in Sales and Tech

The event featured Stacey Hurd, Director, Enterprise Sales, and Gwen Dylan, Account Executive - Mid-Market Sales at New Relic. Both leaders shared inspiring stories and valuable insights about their experiences in tech sales, touching on career development, growth, and how emerging technologies like AI are shaping the future of sales. Their session offered a meaningful look into how women can connect, learn, and thrive in this dynamic field.

Attendees appreciated the open conversation about career growth, leadership, and the practical skills needed to thrive in the intersection of technology and relationship-building.

    Networking, Learning, and Opportunity

Following the talks, the networking and job fair portions of the evening brought even more excitement. Participants connected directly with New Relic’s hiring team, learning about open roles, career paths, and the company’s commitment to inclusivity and innovation. Recruiters and managers offered career advice and gave live demos of New Relic’s observability platform — giving attendees a firsthand look at the product behind the brand.

The atmosphere buzzed with positivity and purpose as women from across Atlanta’s tech ecosystem came together to share their stories, exchange ideas, and explore future possibilities. Attendees described the event as energizing, insightful, and deeply motivating, with many leaving inspired to pursue their next big opportunity in tech.
