Job Description
Synopsys is seeking a highly skilled and experienced candidate who would join the training team as a Trainer and Content Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs as well as creating engaging educational content to support our training initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have experience in developing and delivering training programs related to Verification / RTL Design and Synthesis.

Qualification

• Bachelors or Masters in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 to 15 years of Training and Content Development experience in the VLSI industry with excellent presentation skills.

Required Skills

• A strong understanding of VLSI Design Tools, HDL languages, Digital and Analog Design, ASIC / FPGA Design Flow, tools, and architectures is expected. 
• Ability and inclination to grasp new technologies quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
