Being a young Entrepreneur, building a company and a team and successfully selling my own Jewellery and Textile start-up has allowed me to understand the nature of how businesses run, the ability to foresee every aspect, the difficulties, and challenges of acquiring new businesses, managing marketing and sales activities, understanding buying behavior but most importantly, allowed me to thrive in people management by focusing on psychology and understanding the motivational aspects
of each individual.
I have also given advisory to various start-ups on a project basis and have created measurable impact for the team as well as to the financial health of the organisation.
