1)offer guidance to consumers on how they can use their products more sustainably, such as energy-saving tips, proper maintenance practices to extend product lifespan, and responsible disposal instructions in product manuals.
2)Leverage social media, websites/mobile apps to share your product sustainable initiatives and progress updates and also leverage interactive platforms to enable feedback, dialog with community around sustainable practices. This practice enhancing consumer engagement and product advocacy.
