My name is Fatiha ASSEL , I’m currently the Chief Operations Officer of itemis France and its two subsidiaries itemis Tunisia and Fotahub, Inc.

I have more than 24 years of experience in IT, after a first experience as a software engineer at S2M, Moroccan leader in the field of electronic banking, I joined the Atos Euronext group to participate in projects of migration to the Euro for the benefit of major French banks (BNP, Crédit Lyonnais).

4 years later, I joined the world leader in the pharmaceutical industry Merck and its German subsidiary in Munich as a project manager where I was in charge of the implementation of the Datawarehouse, Oracle development, Web Content, intranet...

Back in France, I worked for itesoft software editor in the field of EDM where I was in charge of managing the global workflow of order processing based on OCR ...

Since the end of 2008, I created with my husband ITEMIS France, a company specialized in model driven engineering that creates complex tool chains for large groups in the many sectors like automotive, aeronautics...

Itemis continues its development by creating its Moroccan subsidiary in the city of innovation in Marrakech to build the center of excellence in AI, ML, TinyML and IoT.

I hold a computer Science Master degree from the EMI (1998) , PMP certified from the Project Management Institute (2011), Scrum Master certified from Scrum.org (2015), DPO certified from PECB (2018) and in 2020 I obtained my Professional Coach certification.
