I was born in 1984 a small town in center of Portugal, and early on I developed a passion to understand how things worked. This passion led le to come to Porto in 2002 to start my degree in Electric Engineering. After finishing the degree, I joined MIPS ABG, that was later acquired by Synopsys. Here I started my work as a Digital Design Engineer, having the opportunity to work with state-of-the art technologies and grow professionally and personally. Later on, in 2017, I embraced a change of career path, by starting to manage a digital design team. I am now working with a team of 6 people, and finding specially rewarding to be able to actively contribute to the growth of the people working with me.
