I will clearly lay out the results of my own 18 years as a therapist and 18 years as a technologist, demonstrating that we truly are 90% automated and how we can change the programming that generates our behavior, emotions, thoughts, and stress! I have figured it out and I teach it in my new Book (Meta-Brain) and want to leads a hands-on session to help others experience it. I will give real-life examples and teach how easy it is, with some self-awareness, to identify and change beliefs of old, and program-in beliefs a-new. Bio
Alexandrea Day has blended two careers as an Adaptive Therapist and visual technologist over 18 years each, to create a range of products that serve humanity. These include integrating self-awareness apps and EEG technology to support Self-directed leadership, living, and therapy.Alexandrea, an author, educator, and patent-holder, has spent a lifetime working with thousands of clients, teaching hundreds the Adaptive Therapy process through her Washington State Vocational School. She traveled globally to teach the techniques of Adaptive Therapy to individuals, healthcare professionals, and licensed therapists.
