To keep the awards selection objective WomenTech Network did not accept Award sponsorship from nominated companies and their representatives. Also, Jury members were not allowed to vote in categories if there is a potential conflict of interest. The overall selection process heavily relied on and took into consideration the details of each nomination, the public voting, submission of materials, independent research by our jury.

The WomenTech Global AI Inclusion Award recognizes annually up to three honorees in recognition of their outstanding achievements as a leader in AI. The Global AI Inclusion Award honors people, events, programs, projects and/or teams. Nomination for the award requires a complete application profile. The WomenTech Ambassador Award recognizes annually honorees in recognition of their outstanding contributions to the WomenTech community. The Ambassador Award honors individuals whose achievements extend beyond those recognized by the WomenTech Ambassador program. Nomination for the award requires the Ambassador to have at least 5 invites at the time of the application. All nominated ambassador applications will be publicly visible. A digital award certificate is issued and a photograph of award winner will be on display on the WomenTech Network website to acknowledge that individuals’ success and to encourage other ambassadors to strive to achieve this prestigious award.
