About the Role:  

Yardi is seeking
an experienced Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for our APAC offices, based in our Sydney CBD location, while supporting a modern,
high-performing and people-centered workplace.

Serving as a central point of accountability, you’ll ensure the office operates efficiently while providing administrative and coordination support to the HR function. You’ll manage office operations, facilities, vendors, and local workplace initiatives, partnering closely with HR, regional leadership, and global stakeholders.

This position is well suited for someone who brings strong operational discipline alongside a genuine interest in workplace culture, connection, and employee engagement.

WhatYou’llDo:    

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a well-organized,
    efficient, and welcoming workplace environment.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and coordinate
    office events and team-building activities.
  • Coordinate with managers and teams across relevant Yardi
    locations to support consistent office practices and operational alignment.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee
    inquiries regarding office resources.

Who You Are:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related
    field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Four years of office management experience in a corporate,
    multi-location environment
  • Experience managing vendors and coordinating
    cross-functional teams
  • Experience building and managing teams and implementing
    office processes and procedures
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical and critical thinking ability
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex
    business documents
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a
    fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including
    Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint

Ideal to Have:    

  • Experience supporting geographically distributed teams
    across regions
  • Experience coordinating office events or employee engagement
    programs
  • Familiarity with facilities management systems or security
    access tools
