Dr. Kinga Mnich is an award-winning international social psychologist, educator, and speaker, specializing in emotions, positive psychology, organizational development, and gender. Her work solves society's myths by breaking down the complexity of social & cultural concepts tied up inside emotions. Through her extraordinary research, she brings new ways of understanding how we can use emotions and technology to be who we want to be, create impact and flourish in life and business.Additionally, social justice and gender equality have been at the forefront of her work. That’s why she has been involved in social entrepreneurship for almost 20 years now. She founded the Ahimsa Prison Yoga Project in South Africa, co-founded EcoBrick Exchange and Ziva Voices - HerStory in the Making. Ziva Voices is committed to collecting women’s stories, amplifying their voices, and providing a network to connect women worldwide and closing the gender gap in media and data.
In her work, Dr. Kinga Mnich believes that we need to change systems to change the prevailing inequalities when it comes to cultural diversity and gender.
