With over a decade of experience across small startups and large-scale tech companies, Lucy brings a deep understanding of how to build both resilient systems and high-performing teams. She is passionate about mentoring women in engineering and helping individuals find the right opportunities to grow their careers and achieve their goals. Throughout her leadership journey, she has consistently championed inclusive, supportive team cultures and helped engineers align their personal growth with meaningful technical impact.

Lorenzza Mehry Lagrotta

Sales Manager, Enterprise AMS, Canada

Lorenzza Lagrotta is a Sales Manager at Criteo with over 12 years of experience in international advertising sales. She began her career in Brazil, working in merchandising and launching newspapers for major broadcasters. Her global journey took her to London and New York, where she specialized in DOOH and programmatic advertising. Lorenzza’s passion for ad tech was sparked while working in Times Square, NYC—where she saw firsthand how data and algorithms play a critical role in driving campaign performance and brand success. Now with over three years at Criteo, Lorenzza has become an ad tech expert, helping brands harness the power of commerce media to deliver measurable results across channels.

Software Development Engineer - Criteo

Mercy is a returning Software Engineer with experience in engineering, business analysis, and leading developer relations and programs focused on developer experience and product adoption, spanning the past 10+ years. Currently, she is part of the Inventory Access team at Criteo, focused on the booking and approval stream of Criteo’s Retail Media Platform

Senior Campaign Manager, Retail Media - Criteo

Victoria Tran studied business and marketing before beginning her career on the client side, managing digital initiatives across the banking, insurance, government, and telecom sectors. Driven by a growing interest in paid media and campaign strategy, she made a deliberate career shift to the agency world, where she specialized in Google Ads. This transition eventually led her into the adtech space, where she now thrives as a Senior Campaign Manager, Retail Media, at Criteo, delivering measurable impact through data-driven campaign execution for large CPG clients. She is passionate about fostering collaboration, building inclusive team environments, and mentoring emerging talent across the industry.
