The Women in Tech Job Fair and Career Summit is an annual event dedicated to empowering women in the technology sector. Organized by WomenTech Network, it features an exciting lineup of sessions, networking and recruiting opportunities designed to advance the careers of women in tech and build a more inclusive industry.
This year’s event will take place over two days:
- October 15, 2025: A fully virtual experience, with keynote speeches, informative sessions, recruiter and candidate Q&As and virtual networking sessions that connect job seekers with recruiters, tech leaders and peers from around the world.
- October 16, 2025: Local in-person job fair events in major Tech Hubs, designed to deepen connections, facilitate meaningful conversations, and create opportunities for career growth right within the local community.

As the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at New Relic for the past four years, Kylie Penn brings nearly 25 years of experience to her role. Over the last decade, she has led global teams at top companies like Nike, Slack, and Adidas, consistently driving business impact through strategic hiring. Kylie excels at building high-performing teams in fast-paced environments. She views talent acquisition as a "dance space" where she leverages data, insights, and creativity to make a significant impact. Based in Portland, Oregon, she enjoys an active lifestyle with her two sons and two dogs, spending her free time hiking, paddle boarding, and traveling.
Mahi Jabeen
Director, Technical Support
Mahi Jabeen, Director for the Tech Support team has been an invaluable asset to our organization for the past three years, bringing with her over 17 years of extensive experience in the IT industry. Mahi began her career as a web developer before making a successful transition into technical support and professional services as a consultant. Her professional journey includes significant roles at Aptean, PowerSchool, and Radware, where she had the opportunity to collaborate with exceptional leaders and contribute to various successful initiatives. Her expertise is broad and impactful, encompassing the ability to build high-performing teams from the ground up, drive operational excellence, enhance existing processes, and foster seamless global collaboration. She is also adept at developing effective staffing solutions and creating comprehensive programs focused on improving team development and technical proficiency, all with a strong emphasis on enhancing customer centricity. Outside of her professional life, Mahi is a devoted mother of two and cherishes spending quality time with her family. She also enjoys pursuing her passion for cooking.
