This is absolutely necessary having e-learning platforms offering STEM education for girls starting as early as middle school and throughout high school. I personally feel that once students graduate highschool, if they are not yet already engaged and networked with people in STEM careers, it becomes a little more difficult (but not impossible) to build the courage to start out with education and/or training related to STEM careers.

Identifying the interest early would provide future leaders for generations to come.
