Inés Pelaez
Senior Principal Product Designer – New Relic
I help organizations turn fragmented initiatives into a coherent experience strategy. My current work sits at the intersection of design, product strategy, and AI experience design, connecting efforts across onboarding, incident response, and conversational and embedded AI experiences to create clearer direction, stronger user value, and more aligned execution. In my previous roles, I have worked both in a brand experience studio and as a freelancer, assisting numerous organizations in redefining their services. I then served as the Global Service Design Manager at Zurich Insurance, where I was part of the CX Strategy & Innovation within the Global Customer Office department. My responsibilities included the integration of Human-Centered Design and Agile methodologies at scale within the insurance group.
Fernanda Rachel Del Bel Tavares
Senior Software Engineer – New Relic
Hi everyone! I’m Fernanda. I moved from Brazil to Barcelona about four years ago and have been working in software engineering for almost a decade. I started my journey in Frontend after 1 year moved to Fullstack, but for the last 6 years, I have been working as a Backend Engineer. My experience is a bit of a mix: I started out in industrial automation working directly in factories, moved into consultancy, and then spent five years in the food delivery industry across both Brazil and Spain. I recently joined New Relic, where I’m excited to be diving deep into DevOps and solving high-level technical challenges.
We’ve got three good reasons for you to apply to join this event:
- Engage professionals and attract talent with personal stories and insights from your engineering leaders.
- Share about your brand, projects, and technologies, and connect with the local women in tech community.
- Showcase your company culture and D&I involvement.
