As a functional Product Manager and Client Manager I bridged the operational and technical worlds to achieve solution implementations. I thrived in a fast-paced, iterative Agile environment, collaborating with a wide array of Client stakeholders to deliver new software solutions, from conception to implementation. Adept at analyzing existing work streams, extrapolating information to determine process requirements & efficiencies, culminating in a work plan to implement the strategy. Key accomplishments achieved by understanding client requirements, creating cross functional team partnerships, managing project life cycles while understanding the macro and micro landscape. Continuously play a pivotal role in managing disgruntled client relationships and in directing concurrent projects.
