Motivation to Speak
Are you excited to speak at the Women in Tech Global Conference, and what motivated you to join our community of 150,000 women in tech, minorities, and allies?
I’m excited to speak and hear from other women at the Women in Tech conference this year! I’m looking forward to sharing what I’ve learnt so far in my career and hearing feedback and kick-off discussions around the topic, ‘Navigating shifting priorities without losing momentum’, which is very important to me and my team.
Background and Inspiration
Share with us about your background, your journey in tech, and what inspired you to develop your career in this direction?
I’m a Director of Product in Paramount’s Advanced Advertising team. I have been in the product space in AdTech for over 5 years, and my background is in engineering. I’ve always been interested in seeing the full strategic picture, and product sits in the perfect intersection of strategy, engineering, data-science, and collaborating with people – all of which I love. Working and collaborating with our stakeholders and technical folks to solve new problems every day thrills me, and I hope to continue learning and staying curious.
Why is the topic “Navigating Shifting Priorities Without Losing Momentum” important to you?
Every company, I’m sure, has had to handle rapidly shifting priorities in recent years. Especially in technology and product, this is our reality. My team is no exception to that, and we’ve had to quickly pivot and adapt to a rapidly developing Adtech landscape – something I find to be very exciting! I’ll be talking about ways we can achieve that without losing trust and momentum in the team.
Who would you advise to attend the Women in Tech Global Conference and why?
Anyone who is excited by technology! I’m looking forward to presenting at the conference and learning from other amazing speakers through the events.
