WomenTech Network_LucaNet Partnership

WomenTech Network, the global community for women in tech, and LucaNet, a leading solution provider for the office of the CFO, are thrilled to announce their strategic partnership aimed at fostering diversity and inclusion within the technology sector.

This collaboration represents a shared commitment between WomenTech Network and LucaNet to empower women professionals in tech, providing them with enhanced opportunities for career development, networking, and leadership growth. Through joint initiatives, the partnership seeks to amplify the presence and influence of women across the tech industry.

LucaNet is a well-established software provider headquartered in Berlin, Germany, and a market leader in financial process solutions. Its platform provides CFOs and their finance teams with a single source of financial truth for critical tasks such as consolidation, planning, reporting, disclosure management, ESG reporting and tax management. Operating in 12 offices worldwide and serving customers in over 50 countries, LucaNet prioritizes diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) within its organization and the tech community. They actively promote a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture, recognizing the importance of different perspectives in driving innovation and creativity.

"We are thrilled to collaborate with WomenTech Network to advance diversity and empower women in technology," stated Silvia Heredia Minthorne de Kläner, VP People & Organization at LucaNet AG. "This partnership underscores our commitment to cultivating an inclusive environment where individuals of all genders can thrive and contribute to innovation.s We believe that this is a distinctive aspect in our company’s DNA."

Silvia Heredia Minthorne de Kläner also emphasized the value of diversity by stating, "Viewing diversity as a potential rather than a challenge is key. By embracing diverse perspectives and experiences, we can drive creativity, collaboration, and productivity, as numerous studies show. It also enhances the company's reputation and team cohesion, leading to greater attractiveness as an employer and reduced turnover."

"We are excited to partner with LucaNet to further our mission of empowering women in technology," said Anna Radulovski, CEO and Founder of WomenTech Network. "By joining forces, we can create meaningful pathways for women to excel in tech careers and contribute to building inclusive workplaces globally."

In alignment with their partnership, WomenTech Network and LucaNet will join forces on a range of initiatives, such as mentorship programs, networking events, and specialized educational resources designed for women in the technology sector. Together, their aim is to foster a more inclusive and diverse environment within the industry.

The partnership kicked off with an in-person networking event in Bucharest on May 14, titled "Decoding Success: Strategies for Thriving in Fast-Paced Environments." Participants who joined the event learned techniques for overcoming imposter syndrome and maintaining an agile mindset in dynamic project settings without sacrificing quality or timelines. Featured speakers were Dawn Marriott, Partner at Hg Capital, known for driving growth and operational effectiveness; Tereza Driendl, Head of Delivery at LucaNet, with expertise in product development and reliable delivery; and Antonia Caia, Senior Delivery Manager at LucaNet, renowned for her people-centric approach to project management.
