Ms. Enxhia Sala, a highly accomplished professional with a Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Mathematics and Informatics Engineering, has successfully completed a Ph.D. in Information Systems in Economics. As Global Ambassador for WomenTech Network, she advocates for gender diversity in the ICT sector. She has served as a business partner for foreign companies, providing legal counsel and promoting diversity and inclusion. Additionally, as a professor at the University of Tirana, she actively supports student startup initiatives, showcasing her dynamic presence bridging business and academia. |
