As part of the Women in Tech Global Conference 2025, the city of Krakow came alive with energy and purpose during a vibrant in-person Connect event hosted by Relativity in partnership with WomenTech Network. Centered around the theme “Pathway to Tech: Stories, Insights, and Connections with Women in Tech at Relativity” the evening celebrated the journeys, achievements, and ambitions of women in technical roles—and created an empowering space to inspire the next wave of talent.
Stories that Resonate: Career Journeys and Mentorship in Focus
The evening began with warm welcomes from both WomenTech Network and Relativity, setting the stage for a night centered on shared experiences and authentic storytelling. A dynamic lightning talk on career ownership invited attendees to reflect on their personal and professional goals, and to embrace the power of proactive growth in tech. From the very first words, the message was clear: every career journey is unique, but the road becomes more navigable when we share our stories and uplift one another. Whether just entering the field or seeking the next big leap, participants found both inspiration and tangible takeaways to help shape their individual pathways forward.

Attendees then had the privilege of hearing from an all-star lineup of speakers—all women thriving in technical and leadership roles at Relativity:
-
Jennifer Westropp, Global Head of Talent & Community Enablement at Relativity
-
Gabriela Lesiak, Advanced Software Engineer at Relativity
-
Monika Mądel-Górska, Product Manager at Relativity
-
Jolanta Równiak, Senior Project Manager at Relativity
-
Joanna Swatowska-Rybak, Senior Product Manager at Relativity
Empowerment Through Connection
The atmosphere throughout the evening was both welcoming and electric—filled with meaningful conversations, knowledge sharing, and the unmistakable energy of women supporting women. After the panel, attendees had the opportunity to network directly with Relativity recruiters, learn about open positions, and explore how they could forge their own path within a tech career.
"I had the pleasure of attending my first WomenTech Network in Kraków. It was incredibly inspiring; there’s something powerful about the energy of amazing women who are breaking boundaries in the tech world. I met so many incredible people, all driven by passion and fresh ideas. Their energy really inspired me, and I know this won’t be my last event." - Iryna Okonchyk, Paid Search Manager at Assembly Global.
"I'm still full of positive energy after yesterday's event organized by WomenTech Network Krakow and Relativity, which took place as part of the local edition of the Women in Tech Global Conference® 2025 Tech Global Conference 2025! I had the honor to represent Fundacja IT Girls, and I have to admit – it was an amazing experience! Meeting such inspiring women from the technology industry gave me great motivation to keep going. Women from the Relativity team shared their stories, showing how you can consciously and boldly create your career path in the tech world. Their experience and passion were absolutely contagious! There was also exceptional networking – I met fantastic people, women with passion and great knowledge. I am glad that we share a common mission and willingness to develop. I can't wait for the next meetings." - Karolina Woloszyn, Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, Scrum Master at Luxoft.
"It was an absolute pleasure to be part of the Women in Tech Krakow event. I’m sincerely grateful to Jennifer Westropp for her powerful presentation that sparked reflection and connection. One moment that stayed with me was a comment from Kandaka Dua, who noted how often women tend to make themselves “unnoticeable” in male-dominated environments. The contrast at this meetup was striking—the energy was vibrant, open, and empowering. Thank you to everyone who made this space feel safe, inspiring, and so full of support." - Iryna Karpenko, Product Owner at StoneX Group
Special thanks to Relativity for hosting such a powerful evening and for their unwavering support in advancing women in technology. Their dedication to creating inclusive opportunities was evident in every detail of the event.
An extra special shoutout goes to our incredible Krakow chapter leader, Olga Stefaniuk, whose vision, enthusiasm, and leadership played a pivotal role in crafting an event that was as impactful as it was inspiring.
