Jyotsna Manikantan
Lead Product Manager, Global Product Portfolio Strategy & Operations
In her 13th year with ADP and 17th year of her career, Jyotsna Manikantan is a Lead Product Manager - Portfolio Strategy & Operations in Global Product & Technology. This is a role of responsibility and accountability to deliver on digital transformation and product portfolio transformation through collaboration across globally distributed and diverse teams for strategic execution.
In her previous role, Jyotsna drove the adoption and rollout of core business-critical features for over 500K clients in the U.S. and Canada. Jyotsna also led the adoption of cybersecurity fraud prevention capabilities to protect several million users and ADP’s reputation.
In 2008, Jyotsna joined ADP as a Senior Technical Writer supporting communication readiness initiatives before moving into product management. Previously, she worked with Citibank and Polaris Software Lab in Chennai, India before relocating to the U.S.
Jyotsna holds a bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from the University of Madras and is a strong believer of continuous learning to advance her career.
