While many companies introduce DEI policies with good intentions, the effectiveness of these policies is often difficult to measure. Quantitative metrics like demographic representation can be tracked, but qualitative changes in workplace dynamics, inclusion, and equity require ongoing assessment through employee feedback, engagement surveys, and turnover analysis. Without consistent measurement and accountability mechanisms, DEI initiatives risk being symbolic rather than transformative.
