I have more than 20 consecutive years of proven experience in NGO management, business development, CRM, sales § marketing, communication, innovation, and entrepreneurship. As a consultant, I am also working with companies and international/national non-governmental organizations about fundraising, project management, gender equality, diversity, social responsibility, brand communication for more than eight years. I am also proud of signing many new projects in the world with my team during that time. When a TV & film production company hired me more than two years ago, I decided to create a change using the sector's visual tools. I found the Festival Istanbul Culture and Arts Association and we announced its unique project, Shenema, which aims to draw attention to the problems experienced in social life where gender equality is ensured and guaranteed, highlight possible solutions, and create public opinion about the answer. I also work voluntarily as a Festival Director at Shenema for almost two years.
