Hilary is a senior talent acquisition leader with more than 15 years of experience building and scaling high-performing recruiting organizations across the Americas and globally. She currently oversees Talent Acquisition for the Americas, where she partners closely with business and HR leadership to drive hiring strategy, operational excellence, and long-term workforce planning. Her work focuses on strengthening leadership pipelines, improving candidate and hiring-manager experience, and enabling sustainable growth in fast-moving, complex environments.

Mercy is a returning Software Engineer with experience in engineering, business analysis, and leading developer relations and programs focused on developer experience and product adoption, spanning the past 10+ years.
