Claire Dochez
Criteo - Software Developer Engineer
Claire Dochez is a Full-Stack Software Engineer at Criteo, with a focus on React and web development. She works on a data framework that powers visualization dashboards used by Criteo’s clients worldwide. Before transitioning into tech, Claire spent almost a decade in Japan as a French teacher and translator. She’s passionate about creative problem-solving and enjoys the challenges of building meaningful tools in a global, fast-paced environment.

Jaspreet Kaur Sandhu
Criteo - ML Engineer
Jaspreet Sandhu is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Criteo, working at the intersection of foundation models, generative AI, and large-scale recommendation systems. With a background in theoretical and applied physics and over 7 years of industry experience, she has worked across foundation models, LLMs, and large scale AI infrastructure. At Criteo, she has been instrumental in prototyping and deploying LLM-based systems for product summarization, multimodal representation, and agentic workflows. Jaspreet is passionate about building intelligent systems that can move from reasoning to real-world action—and about demystifying AI for diverse, interdisciplinary audiences.
