Joan Katambi is an Information and Communications Technologist with passion for ICT and Education. She has worked in the Information and Communications Technology field for 8 years and is currently working as an Assistant Lecturer in the department of Information and Communications Technology at the Uganda Institute of Information and Communications Technology. Joan has got vast experience in Internet Governance, Digital Human Rights and Capacity Building for Operating Systems, Administration of Computer systems and networks, Linux Administration among others. |
