I have been working in the IT and telecom industries for 14 years, with experience as Service Delivery Manager for the past 9 years, complimented with a Bachelor of Computer Science (from top tier university in Brazil) and Master of Business Administration in Project Management. Experience gained in Latin America, North America, Europe, Africa and Middle East. Currently I am in Dubai managing different solutions across CISMEA.
