The Women in Tech ERG / Corporate Initiative of the Year Award celebrates outstanding internal communities and corporate programs that advance gender equity, develop future tech leaders, and foster cultures where women in technology can thrive. These initiatives demonstrate measurable impact, empowering employees, accelerating STEM pathways for girls, strengthening leadership pipelines, and transforming organizational culture across global teams.
The 2025 finalists represent exceptional commitment from world-leading organizations across consulting, healthcare, consumer goods, fintech, and enterprise technology. Their work spans mentoring, AI education, STEM outreach, leadership development, and community building, each initiative showing how collective action drives lasting change.

Below are this year’s finalists:
⭐ Coca-Cola Women in STEM Initiative – The Coca-Cola Company
- Advances women in technology through global mentorship, leadership development, and STEM community engagement, including active collaboration with WomenTech Network and large-scale events supporting women’s leadership and resilience.
⭐ GE HealthCare Women’s Network – GE HealthCare
- Engages 6,000+ colleagues across 40 hubs worldwide through leadership tracks, STEAM camps reaching 4,000+ students, and the Women in Technology professional track, expanding representation, opportunity, and belonging across the organization.
⭐ Global EY Women in Tech Program – EY
- Trained 180,000+ girls in STEM via the EY STEM App, launched global AI and leadership initiatives, connected 1,100+ community members in Collaboration Circles, and delivered the Women in Tech Global Awards, impacting more than 87,000 people in three years.
⭐ Personio Women in Tech – Personio
- Supports women and non-binary technologists through mentorship, learning programs, visibility initiatives, and inclusive ERGs across 80+ nationalities, strengthening representation and leadership pathways in engineering and product teams.
⭐ RelWoW: Women of Relativity – Relativity
- Empowers women globally through mentorship circles, leadership programs, and advocacy aligned with the company’s Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging strategy, driving measurable increases in representation and championing equitable leadership.
⭐ Women@Paysafe – Paysafe
- A global ERG supporting women’s advancement through mentoring, leadership workshops, DEI initiatives, gender-balanced hiring practices, and global community programs, recognized externally for its commitment to gender equity and employee wellbeing.
These initiatives demonstrate what is possible when companies invest in inclusion with intention, consistency, and leadership sponsorship. They are redefining how organizations support women in technology, strengthening pipelines, elevating voices, and building cultures where innovation, equity, and opportunity flourish.
