Girls Who Code began as a small initiative to address the gender gap in technology. Its founder, Reshma Saujani, saw firsthand how lack of female representation limited innovation. Through community-driven coding clubs and summer programs, Girls Who Code has inspired tens of thousands of girls to pursue computer science. Their graduates have gone on to intern and work at leading tech firms, start their own ventures, and mentor others, exemplifying how a clear mission can transform an industry and individual lives.
