Join our Global Commissions Team

The Global Commissions team drives incentive compensation strategies that align with Sales and Services operational goals. We design appropriate incentive compensation plans, manage commissions processes and applications, assign deal credit, calculate/pay commissions, and provide sales performance information and incentive plan efficacy read-outs.

Partner with the best

In this role, you will manage the 'end-to-end' global commissions process. From articulating system requirements for incentive plan calculations to processing timely and accurate commissions payments. You will also provide responsive support to field queries on a regular cadence.

As a Senior Commissions Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with sales support, sales/pre-sales/services leadership, and HR to ensure operational alignment
  • Managing and mentoring the Senior Commissions Analysts on the team
  • Performing ad-hoc analysis to determine fiscally responsible incentive payouts
  • Recommending data quality improvements, system enhancements and streamlining operational processes
  • Refining incentive plan terms and conditions

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have 10 years of experience in commissions processing and a Bachelor's Degree
  • Demonstrate analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; be a real 'systems' thinker with excellent process orientation
  • Be a clear communicator and possess interpersonal skills to be effective at all levels in organization
  • Have planning and time management skills; ability to manage multiple deliverables with tight deadlines
  • Have proven management acumen, fostering a spirit of collaboration and excellence
  • Be experienced with a Sales Performance Management (SPM) platform, preferably Xactly Incent, and advanced proficiency in Excel and BI/Tableau
