Your Role: Business Analyst Apprentice
Are you ready to dive into the world of strategic procurement? As a Business Analyst Apprentice, you’ll be at the core of our operations, working alongside experienced buyers on exciting and impactful projects.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Business Analyst Apprentice, you will be involved in the following missions:

Evolutive and corrective maintenance of the tools used by the procurement function, including the collection of user needs, incidents, bugs, statements of work drafting, exchanges with internal departments (e.g. IT, Finance...) but also external partners (software vendors);

Support for the improvement of processes and data management to offer both a better experience and reporting/dashboarding to internal users and buyers;

Development, monitoring and analysis of the performance indicators of the procurement function, such as the contract coverage rate, the level of satisfaction of internal customers, the respect of deadlines, etc.;

Participation in strategic purchasing initiatives (supplier risk management, spend analysis, contract mapping, SRM...).
Who You Are:
- Master’s student in Procurement, Engineering, or Management.
- Passionate about innovation.
- A mix of analytical and social – Excel doesn’t scare you, does it?
- Interested in the web/tech industry.
- Thrives in an ever-changing environment.
- Eager to work hard and play hard!
- Location: Paris Office (Hybrid: Min. 2 days/week in the office).
- Start Date: from September 2025.
