The Role:

The New Markets team is responsible for identifying new product or new market expansion opportunities for DailyPay to support changing consumer needs and industry trends. One of New Markets' initiatives is the DailyPay Marketplace. The Marketplace enables, for the first time, an opportunity for 3rd parties to participate in the on-demand pay movement and to have more direct connection to the source of money - payroll. By partnering with DailyPay via the Marketplace, 3rd parties gain access to DailyPay’s proprietary on-demand pay capabilities at the intersection between payroll and banking, including DailyPay’s Pay Balance, an untapped new source of spending power consisting of earned wages that are accessible prior to payday.

As the Sr. Manager of Marketplace Strategy Operations, you will analyze business and market trends to explore new areas of opportunities that will help DailyPay hit its revenue targets and surpass its competition. You will dive into complex concepts and own projects from inception to actualization.

Together with senior management, you will develop cases and assessments of encouraged return of investments for these new initiatives. You will influence and deliver business information that drives the company and key partners to invest in these opportunities by presenting ideas in an effective, clear and compelling way.

You will oversee integrated strategy and execution, and collaborate across departments to ensure that standard methodologies are implemented and a learning agenda provides ongoing optimization opportunities. As these are new products, you will work with department heads to build out processes and mitigate any potential risk to ensure successful launches. You will work closely with the Program Manager and manage launches end to end.

You will also serve as the internal consultant and advisor for the business on these new initiatives and be the go-to expert for understanding the competitive landscape surrounding DailyPay’s New Market & Marketplace products.
