As a Software Support Engineer, you will support of our customers with WebCenter, Automation Engine, and integration to third party systems. The mail goal is to provide a positive experience to the customers while they use our SWs.

Qualifications and professional knowledge:

Hands on Experience, willingness to solve a problem seeking the satisfaction of our customers. 

In depth understanding of Windows 7 & 10; Microsoft Server, Windows Installs.

Previous knowledge and experience with our SW's is desirable, such as Esko Automation Engine or WebCenter workflows, PrePress - MIS integrations, PrePress workflow such as Prinergy, InSite, Apogee, XMF.

If not, experience with SW's support is required.

Good interpersonal skills, encompassing communication (verbal and written), resilience and emotional intelligence. 

Excellent computer and digital skills.

Able to perform extended hrs. support
