pAs part of our strongPlatform Team/strong, we are looking for experienced professionals to join a big transformation project for a leading insurance company in the Middle East. This is a unique opportunity to participate in a large-scale program involving core insurance replacement, process redesign, and integration of modern digital insurance capabilities./pp /ppstrongYour responsibilities may include:/strong/pp /pul type=discliLeading and supporting business and system analysis across front, middle, and back-office processes, with focus on policy lifecycle and pricing/liliFacilitating workshops with client stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with clients strategic objectives/liliBuilding strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and build trust/liliEstablishing best practices among fellow business analysts, including mentoring junior analysts/liliDriving alignment between business needs and development teams working on complex platform implementations and process improvements/liliDocumenting business processes, functional specifications, and system requirements, as well as reviewing the documentation prepared by colleagues/liliDefining integration interfaces and contributing to the design and testing of API and file-based integrations/liliParticipating in system configuration, UAT/SIT cycles, and cutover/dress rehearsal planning/liliCollaborating with stakeholders across business and IT to ensure alignment and quality of deliverables/liliSupporting regulatory and compliance-related activities as part of system implementation/li/ulp /ppstrongRequirements:/strong/pp /pul type=discliDeep understanding of the Pamp;C insurance market and processes, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in core system implementation projects/liliExtensive knowledge of insurance products and pricing/liliSignificant experience leading business analysts and managing people/liliStrong ability to navigate a complex environment with multiple stakeholders and drive strategic alignment/liliProficiency in agile delivery methodologies; experience in the role of Scrum Master and/or Product Owner would be an asset/liliHands-on experience in the implementation of EIS Insurance Core System or comparable systems (Guidewire, Sapiens, etc.)/liliExperience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and business modeling tools/liliUnderstanding of integration architecture (APIs, messaging, file-based), especially in insurance ecosystems/liliFluency in English/liliAcademic degree in IT, Finance, or a related field/liliWillingness to travel to Saudi Arabia for on-site project work for 50% of the time/li/ulpstrongAbout EY Poland:/strong/pp /ppWe are a global consulting firm - helping businesses, organisations and communities make the most of their potential.
