Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of a data streaming project. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing technical products and projects, particularly in the field of data streaming and real-time data processing. The Technical Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineering, lakehouse, and business development, to drive the development and launch of the data streaming product.
 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for the data streaming project
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and develop product specifications
  • Work closely with engineering teams to design, build, and deploy the data streaming products
  • Define and monitor product metrics to measure the success of the data streaming product
  • Analyse user feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the data streaming and real-time data processing space

Desired Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical product management, preferably in the field of data streaming and real-time data processing
  • Medical domain experience is a must
  • Work experience in HL7/FHIR/OMOP protocols
  • Ability to work well with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
  • Strong technical knowledge into Data Streaming technologies. Knowledge of Datamesh concepts will be an add on
  • Knowledge in Kafka, Java, Azure and Kubernetes
  • Knowledge in DevOps
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and prioritize product features and improvements
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and to resolve scheduling and other conflicts in order to meet all deadlines
  • Experience in SAFe Agile - Managing Projects with Agile methodology.
