Java Technical Lead

Who are we looking for?

A Team Leader with at least 3 years of experience in leading and managing a team of 5-10 developers, mainly Java Devs.

If you accept the challenge, you'll have the opportunity of leading an international team, on-shore (Milan, Florence or anywhere else in Italy) e near-shore and your key responsibilities will include:

• being the focal point of the group, not only on a technical level, but also for team and project dynamics.
• estimating team effort and level of responsibility
• being the single point of contact with the client (external and internal)
• handling the entire life cycle of complex projects.
