The Role
We are expanding our focus on our cutting-edge XBRL suite, a part of our CFO solutions platform, and we’re seeking a driven Account Manager to lead our cross-selling initiatives in this arena. In this role, you will work closely with other Account Managers to identify opportunities within existing client portfolios, driving revenue growth by positioning our innovative XBRL solutions as essential tools for modern financial reporting and compliance.
What you'll do
- Cross-Sell XBRL Solutions: Promote Lucanet’s XBRL Portal and XBRL Engine across client accounts, highlighting how our products simplify compliance, reporting, and regulatory demands.
- Collaborate with Account Managers: Work jointly to pinpoint whitespace opportunities and tailor pitches that resonate with each client's unique needs.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate & Close Deals: Lead negotiations and secure contracts that drive both immediate revenue and long-term account growth.
- Market Feedback: Gather market intelligence and customer insights to inform product enhancements and future development.
What you bring to the table
- Sales Expertise: A proven track record in B2B sales or business development within the SaaS, financial software, or technology sectors.
- Cross-Selling Know-How: Demonstrable experience in expanding client portfolios and employing successful cross-selling techniques.
- Technical & Financial Acumen: An interest in finance and technology; familiarity with regulatory reporting, financial analysis, or XBRL is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with fluency in Dutch and very good English.
- Independent & Driven: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
