The Role

As a Technical Service Engineer (all genders), you hold a crucial role in executing seamless integration and management of our software with both new and existing clientele. Your role is pivotal to ensuring smooth installation, configuration, and administration of our software and systems, thus enhancing our customer's operational efficiency.

What you'll do

  • Customer Onboarding: Lead complete technical onboarding events for new clients, as well as maintaining those for existing customers.
  • Technical Implementations: Manage the process from technical introductions to installations, culminating in customer acceptance.
  • System Administration: Install, configure, and administer Lucanet interfaces and relational database management systems at client sites.
  • Technical Advising: Provide expert technical advice to the professional and IT departments for effective system integration and usage.

What you bring to the table

  • Proven experience in Tech Support or Operational Services, ideally with IT training.
  • Proficient knowledge in managing Database systems and executing SQL queries.
  • Solid understanding of Windows operating systems; knowledge of Linux and macOS advantageous.
  • Familiarity with VBA and Office Suite is beneficial.
  • Experience in technical project management adds value.
  • Strong proficiency in Spanish and English for effective communication.
