The Recruiting Operations & Enablement team at Miro strives to scale our talent acquisition programs to enable Miro to attract, engage and hire best-in-class talent so that we can ‘play as a team to win the world’. The People team members are cultural ambassadors who strive to continually up-level the experience we provide our internal and external stakeholders in order to elevate the talent we bring on board. We have team members in Amsterdam, Austin, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Perm, with future expansion likely, which aligns with our company vision to enable collaboration without constraints of geographic locations.

Each role at Miro is based at one of our physical hubs and we look for talent that want to be part of these local, collaborative communities. Mironeers work in a hybrid model, with a 3 days a week in office culture as our baseline.

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and purposeful Recruiting Training Program Manager to join our global team. In this role, you will evolve and scale our training and enablement programs within Recruiting and across the organization. You will transform our interviewer, hiring manager, and recruiter training to ensure everyone is able to hire quality & diverse talent that aligns with our values and culture. This is an exciting role to inspire change and make an impact across Miro.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the design, implementation and improvement of learning programs in the areas of hiring manager, interviewer, and recruiter training to improve the candidate experience and increase recruiter efficiency
  • Partner with Engineering stakeholders to evolve Engineering specific interviewer trainings and define how they fit in the larger recruitment training strategy
  • Develop a scalable and efficient way for role kick-off and hiring manager alignment
  • Drive hire quality through initiatives such as: building a true bar raisers program for Miro and expanding our culture interview strategy
  • Manage enablement resources such as Textio and evaluate need for future tools

What you’ll need

  • 4+ years of experience in recruiting
  • 2+ years in program management with a training focus
  • LMS experience (such as WorkRamp)
  • Understanding of end-to-end recruitment process
  • Program design & management (including scoping, design, delivery, tracking and evaluation)
  • Exceptional skills at facilitating group discussion and co-creation - virtually and in person
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to balance multiple competing priorities
  • Engaging speaker who knows how to deliver information in a way that sticks
