We want our largest customers to be able to work efficiently, smart and provide them the best possible Miro experience. Challenging and complex UX, software and data problems go along for this role. We have separate roles for SWE in Backend and Frontend. We work in small teams along with Designers and QA engineers. What our Engineers typically do:
- Solve technical problems of high scope and complexity
- Create high quality technical design and high quality, self-documented code
- Take long-term ownership for feature/subsystem
- Help to define and improve internal standards
- Share the expertise and gain new knowledge
- Think about the users and make their experience better
