What You'll Do

  • Administer and manage the company’s stock plans, including equity grants, stock options, and restricted stock units (RSUs).
  • Administer and manage the company’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
  • Maintain accurate records of all stock plan transactions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Process and monitor equity award activity, including grants and grant agreements, vesting of shares, award exercises, and employee terminations.
  • Maintain library of grant documents.
  • Manage integrity of plan participant and equity data, ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance and People teams to design and develop communications, ensure on-going awareness and compliance with federal/state regulations and securities laws, and contribute to management reports.
  • Coordinate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and tax withholding.
  • Prepare reports and disclosures for financial statements and regulatory filings.
  • Regularly conduct audits, analysis, and reconciliations, working with large data sets, data edits and complex calculations.
  • Maintain and manage equity-related SOX controls.
  • Provide excellent customer service to plan participants at all levels and to partners across departments and respond quickly to employee questions in a courteous and satisfactory manner, including training on equity topics.
  • Assist in developing applicable training and reference materials for plan participants.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, such as transfer agents and brokerage firms.
  • Stay updated on changes in stock plan regulations and best practices.
  • Evaluate changes in federal and state regulations and securities laws; Determine impacts to existing processes and implement changes to ensure on-going compliance and efficient processes.
  • Participates in or leads other projects as assigned.


What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in global stock plan administration at a public company
  • Sound experience with using stock plan administrative platforms, such as E*TRADE/Equity Edge Online
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze relevant data.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information, as well as the ability to work well with people at all levels inside and outside the company.
  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to ensure that all deadlines are met on time
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Superb organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, written (grammar, spelling, formatting) and verbal communication skills
  • Payroll experience a plus

This position has a starting base salary range of $126,000 to $135,000 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is also eligible for bonus.
