We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager who will coordinate and support the activities of DevOps and Operations Teams and will be the contact point between DevOps and Operations, Product, Engineering, Architecture and Support. Will also assist with the management of a portfolio of products, services and teams. 


What You'll Do

  • Take ownership of the project delivery stream for multiple SaaS and on-premise DevOps and Operations teams and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture and Support to ensure alignment of resources and priorities
  • Work in partnership with the Team Manger to manage, influence and report on project status, Sprint health, staff utilisation and other metrics and initiatives as required
  • Work with key stakeholders to set expectations and set and communicate priorities
  • Assist with the management of the DevOps project portfolio, including with reporting to senior stakeholders. Assists with the collection of key metrics, KPIs and helps drives internal standardisation initiatives across the entire portfolio of products, services and teams
  • Responsible for the development of quarterly and yearly roadmaps
  • Develops a deep understanding of the supported products and services
  • Assist with the creation of technical project plans (stakeholders, timelines, milestones, risk and scope) in collaboration with the Technical Team Manager and oversee their execution
  • Guide teams towards the adoption of company Agile standards. Train functional staff on Agile principles and best practices.

 


What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience working in a Program Management role in an enterprise technical environment.
  • Deep understanding of Agile Principles and project management methodologies
  • Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrates independent judgment
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision\
  • Experience working with Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Office applications
