As our new CTO, you will have the opportunity to shape Raketech’s technology strategy and ensure that all central systems and processes are delivering maximum value. You will lead a talented team of tech and data professionals, setting strategies and overseeing the data and technological infrastructure to ensure optimal business performance.

You'll also need a proven track record as CIO or CTO in Affiliation Marketing, eCommerce, Fintech, or Marketing Tech, and a background in developing and implementing Tech strategies.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a distributed team – particularly in a remote work environment – are also crucial.

As CTO you are expected to …
- Lead our strategy for technology platforms and data
- Set objectives and strategies for the data and tech teams
- Oversee the data and technological infrastructure to ensure optimal performance
- Ensure systems, processes and procedures support our business goals
- Lead our tech and data teams
- Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics
- Establish data and IT policies, strategies, and standards
- Direct and organise data and IT related projects
- Develop, track and control the development of budgets
- Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape
- Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation, and creativity
- Proven track record as CIO or CTO in Affiliation Marketing, eCommerce, Fintech, or Marketing Tech
- BSc/BA in computer science, engineering, or relevant field; MSc/MA will be preferred
- Solid experience managing big data analytics
- Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
- Solid understanding of software development and Agile methodologies
- Background in developing IT systems and planning IT implementation
- Excellent leadership skills
- Experience working with distributed teams, ideally in a remote work environment
- Exceptional understanding of budgeting and business operations
- Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- A strong strategic and commercial mindset
