Kathleen Schneider Bio
A global CMO in the B2B technology/software space, Kathleen Schneider has extensive experience in brand development, message refinement, and demand generation. Having started her marketing career as a brand manager at Kraft Foods Mexico in Mexico City, Kathy shifted to the technology sector when she joined Dell in 1999. There, she held various marketing leadership roles, initially based in Austin and then in London, where she lived for more than 16 years before returning to the U.S. Following Dell, Kathy led the global marketing organization at Criteo during its evolution into a public company while doubling revenues. She then joined Level 3 Communications, where she led Marketing and Product for the EMEA region. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with leading cloud hyper-scale partners, particularly while serving as CMO at Sungard Availability Services and most recently at KX, the data analytics software business unit of FD Technologies, where she held the same position.
Outside of Rackspace, Kathy serves as Vice President of the Executive Committee of Ambassadors for Youth Haven, which provides safe and supportive environments for disadvantaged children and teens. She is also an advisor to students at Florida Gulf Coast University through the Lutgert Mentorship Program.
In addition to an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service.
