Monica Mardare Bio
Monica Mardare is Human Resources Director for Luxoft Romania and Luxoft D&I Global Program Manager. With 20 years of experience in the field of human resources, Monica has contributed to policies and practices aimed at creating an inclusive work environment, increasing commitment and performance, and developing and retaining diverse talents.In recent years, she has been directly involved in establishing organizational development strategies and operational integration for new locations in the US and Europe in line with global culture and practices. She led the organizational culture change initiative by defining a new set of values as well as a model of competences and leadership profile. Since November 2020, she has led the Luxoft D&I Global Program focused on fostering an equal opportunity culture in which everyone is respected, valued, and treated fairly.
