As a member of the NE Market's senior leadership team, I am responsible for ensuring regional client expansion plan in the FSI sector. Leveraging my expertise of successful technical delivery excellence in past, I have great acumen in providing a good balance of strategy and execution for long term and long term goals. I have been instrumental in identification and capture of new business and new technical opportunities. Managing Client expectations to ensure attainment, identify risks and develop/implement remediation plans comes easy to me since I have been there and done that! I take pride in new innovative solution ideas to solve business problems. I am proud to say that I specialize in Delivery excellence & Project Leadership, and provide mentorship and intelligent strategic consultation to client stakeholders.
I am a leader who wears different hats and "has been there done that", As a technical solution architect for Digital Workplace projects, I have led the solution design and architecture of Microsoft cognitive services, Power Platform, SharePoint on the cloud for on-Prem/hybrid solutions. These solutions have enriched the Client's employees utilizing the state of art Intranet collaboration & process apps, the targeted process optimizations and transformations have taken employee productivity to the next level.

From design to development and support to management, Neudesic offers decades of experience, proven frameworks and a disciplined approach to quickly deliver reliable, quality solutions that help our customers go to market faster and I have been very closely involved in these initiatives.
I also lead the NE FSI Document Intelligence Platform Innovation community with a vision to provide support to all team members for Training, Execution and sales support for anything Document Intelligence Platform related.
I am also the National Nintex partner lead managing the growth and partnership of Nintex opportunities at Neudesic. As a Nintex National lead, I take the strategic direction for Nintex/Nuedesic Partnership to the next level on a national scale. By establishing and growing business in new and existing markets , technical relationships, managing the collaborations with Nintex, I am responsible for overall partnership management which includes defining the strategy & messaging.
