Pooja Tope-Puranik Bio

I am working as a AI Researcher for an early detection of breast cancer. I have 7 years of experience in various domains. Also working as a Lead Machine Learning engineer with Omdena as well as acting as a UAE Ambassador for Women in Code and Data Science community for encouraging women to pursue their careers in the STEM field.Recognized by a French community, “The Good AI” for ethical application of AI for the social cause and was featured in the ‘WOW’ section of ‘the Women in Tech- Global Movement’ community’s blog for my contribution to AI. Technical writer at Women in Tech community. Presented case studies in various public events organizations like United Nations Economic Commission of Africa and UK, London government office of statistics. Published a research article “Artificial Intelligence, biased algorithm, and safeguard” in Newsletter by ‘International Society of Automation”.
