Use the sharing buttons above / this page url relevant hashtags like #WTGA2023 #WomenTech, #WomenInTech, and #TechAwards. Encourage your followers to vote and share your posts.
  2. Reach Out via Email: Send an email to your contacts informing them about your nomination. Explain the importance of the Women in Tech Global Awards, and provide them with information on how they can support you by voting. Don't forget to ask them to pass the information to their own networks, this will extend your reach.
  3. Engage with Online Communities: Share your nomination news in relevant online forums and groups. This could include tech forums, ERG groups, professional networking sites, and communities focused on women's empowerment. Be sure to provide information about how to vote.

  2. On the profile page, you'll find social media sharing buttons. Click on these buttons to share the nominee's profile on your chosen social media platform(s). This could be LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, or any other platform provided.
  3. By sharing the nominee's profile using these buttons, your action counts as a vote for the nominee.

  • Repeated clicks from the same user are tracked internally, so multiple clicks without real shares by the same user will not result in multiple votes, even if it shows multiple clicks on the front end. This is Sneha Suresh Kumar Kukreja .I belongs to Gonidia Maharashtra. I have been graduated in Bachelor of Engineering in MIET College Gondia, Maharashtra under Nagpur University. I am Post Graduate Diploma Holder in Big Data Analytics from CDAC Acts Pune. I have been associated with my current company in Persistent Systems, Pune as Lead Software Engineer. I am a working professional from March 2018 joined Zensar Technologies, Pune as Software Engineer. I am an Oracle Database Developer and skilled in multiple technologies like Java, Unix,Tableau,MySql,SSIS etc. I am technology enthusiast and always do self-learning and read technical books. During my overall 3 plus years of experience, I have learnt all the Ins and Outs of the Industry. I have worked on various projects in my Organization and earned lots of appreciation and credibility. Apart from my professional commitments, I am actively involved in extracurricular activities which are being done in our organization like participating events of Encouraging Children's skills and activities where company accredited with School's Children Event named 'Udaan'.I volunteered to children for drawing, writing and crafting skills. I have got accolades in my hometown's 'Bhadte Kadam Achievement Award' of Sindhi Association in SSC 2010 and HSC 2012. I have won competitions like Drawing competition, HandWriting Competition. I have been winner of Drawing competition in Cleanliness Drive 2010.I became winner of inter-college chess competition Nagpur. I have been part of Computer Society of India during my College Days and was part of Decoration Team Member organizing cultural and annual event. After Joining Zensar, I always being part of Rangoli Competition and drawing related activities. During March 2020, I made a tiny house and shared in my Company's Portal called ‘My Vibe Check’. I got appreciation from my colleagues as I have shared message that "I get inspiration to make this mini house realizing during lockdown 1.0 that we are getting to spend quality time in these days to stay at home which is very precious. Either its shelter for poor man, bungalow for rich man or nest for a bird, home is home. A good environment of home boosts up good mental health. #HomeIsAFeeling." I am Table Tennis Enthusiast.I have won various Caption Contests in my Company and applauded by friends and colleagues. I was participant of Pune Women’s Half Marathon(PWMH) in 2020 in International Women's day. I have secured Top 21st position for writing a Blog of 'Voices oF Women' in December 2020. I became winner Haikujam Competition in International Women's day in my Office in 2021. I am an aspirant of International Handwriting Competition of June 2021 where I will be participant of Functional and Artistic Handwriting. Currently I am pursuing Oracle Global Certification 1z0-071. I have been Top 10 winners in Her Rising Award 2021 in Women Starter Category. I earned Google Cloud Challenge Badges in October 2021.I was Gate Aspirant in Feb 2021. My long term Goal is to pursue Masters of Technology. I believe we got opportunity by learning in every small aspect of life. We should grow ourselves each and every day Physically, Mentally,Emotinally,Financially and Spiritually with our hardwork,devotion,determination and dedication which gives us the feel of Success and Satisfaction. We can become smart enough if we can convert our fatality to opportunity like a Warrior. I believe in Bhagwat Gita . I believe skills really matter to enhance our personality and we can achieve only it by hardwork. We can handle any difficult situation by positive and calm mind. I consider Knowledge is power. I have written 'Earning comes by learning and Learning comes by yearning'. I am a self-motivated person and believe Life is Precious . I want to inspire people to understand the beauty of life who suffer from mental trauma and depression. During the journey of my Life, I learnt that Education is a Gift and it is irreplaceable. We should celebrate our small achievements which give us positive energy to look forward our Goal. I believe that discipline is mandatory to make life productive. I have faith that the ultimate purpose of life is to be happy and happiness comes by peace, satisfaction, gratitude, compassion from our inner self. My aim of my life is to help and support from all age of women from teenage to senior citizen. I want to educate those young girls who cannot afford education and are financially backward, I can support to those ladies who are eligible for marriage whose fathers are not financially strong to spend in their marriages , and also those senior citizen old widow women who are financially weak. I have written a story 'Precious Pearls' which is dedicated to women's journey of life.
