Q&A Info Session with Microsoft

📣 Join us for an interactive question/answer session with Microsoft, during which 8 Microsoft leaders will answer your questions as an expert in their field capacity.

The Microsoft team will showcase three stories followed by Q&A. Microsoft is providing guidance related to the most recent roles present (Data Science, GM, Architecture, UX, etc). This session is perfect for mid- and senior-level professionals looking to grow as a leader in their field.

👩‍💻 We'll be hosting: 

🌟 Tracey Trewin, a self-proclaimed geek and a successful General Manager of the Microsoft CSE team. She helped build the team charter to rebuild Microsoft’s relationship with developers by connecting with them on the issues that matter to them in a way that meets them where they are.

🌟 Janani Vasudevan, a Principal Engineering Manager in the Commercial and Software Engineering (CSE) team. She is a technical leader with over 16 years of product and engineering management experience with a passion for applied or practical engineering practices and expertise in security and cloud services.

🌟 Jhansi Reddy, a Senior Program Manager Architect on the CSE team at Microsoft. Before this role, Jhansi was a Software developer and PM on the Microsoft Learning team. A passionate lifetime learner herself, she loved teaching programming to students as an instructor at Seattle Central as well. 

🌟 Janka Koen, the Senior Human Experience Designer in the Commercial Software Engineering (CSE) team. Janka Koen essentially created her first role, following an unconventional career path, starting as a developer in consulting services before carving out a career for herself in UX design. 

🌟 Cotishea Anderson, a Senior Program Manager with the Commercial Software Engineering team (CSE) at Microsoft. Cotishea has over 22 years in the tech industry and is an active member of her community. Outside of business, Cotishea is passionate about helping young women understand the value of careers in STEM. 

🌟 Sara Spalding, a Principal Engineering Manager with a history in R&D. As a key member of CSE, Sara leads a worldwide engineering team that partners with customers’ engineers to help solve some of their toughest challenges. In addition to solving complex problems and working closely with customers, Sara focusing on helping engineers grow and develop in their careers. 

🌟 Tempest Van Schaik, a biomedical engineer with over 15 years’ experience in health technology. In Microsoft CSE, Tempest works with multidisciplinary teams with domain experts from different industries, like doctors. Tempest has worked with a variety of customers, including hospitals, insurance companies, and notably, Project Fizzyo, which helps children with Cystic Fibrosis complete their physiotherapy.

🌟 Federica Nocera, a Senior Software Engineering Lead in CSE at Microsoft. As a Machine Learning expert with multi-industry experience building and productionalizing models across technology, manufacturing, retail, and finance she is positioned to use the latest technologies to enable customers to innovate around their hardest challenges.
